Our team will arrive approximately an hour or so before your event start time to set up our pop-up pizzeria and bar. We'll bring all the necessary equipment, including our mobile pizza ovens, ingredients, and serving stations. As soon as we arrive, we'll start heating up the ovens to ensure they're ready to go when your guests arrive.
2. Continuous Pizza Making:
Once everything is set up, our skilled pizza chefs will begin crafting mouthwatering pizzas right before your eyes. Throughout your event, pizzas will be made continuously for 2-3 hours, depending on the number of guests and the flow of the event. This means your guests can enjoy freshly.
3. Buffet-Style Service:
Pizzas will be served buffet-style, allowing your guests to choose from a variety of toppings and flavors. Whether they prefer classic Margherita, pepperoni, or gourmet options with specialty toppings, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Our buffet setup encourages guests to mingle, interact, and try multiple slices. We bring enough dough to serve each guest an average of one 10 inch pizza. Children will be allocated half of a 10 inch pizza unless stated otherwise.
4. Quality and Freshness:
We take pride in using only the finest and freshest ingredients in our pizzas, from the dough to the toppings. We use a secret family recipe from Naples for our dough and import our flour from Italy. Each pizza is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring exceptional taste and quality with every bite.
5. Professional Service:
Once the pizza service is over and all the bellies are full, our staff will pack up the pizzeria and leave the space cleaner than it was found.
